Before You Go

Timing for the light

Aim for late morning to midday for the strongest sunlight through the cave ceiling onto the pavilion.

Footwear matters

Trails include uneven limestone and steep sections—sturdy hiking shoes with good tread are essential.

Boat contingency

If seas are rough the boat may be canceled; be prepared to hike a steep 30–45 minute path up from Laem Sala instead.
